Medfield Sharks

My name is Kathleen Turano and I am a rising sophomore at NC State University studying education. I am originally from New Jersey and I have spent over ten years developing my skills as a competitive swimmer, which led me to continue my athletic career on the NC State swim team. I am very excited to be a part of the team this season! Go Sharks!

I’m Anna Luebke, and I am thrilled to be back for my twelfth season with the Sharks and my second year as a coach!I’m currently a senior at Athens Drive High School and will head to Meredith College this fall. I’ll be studying Political Science (Pre-Law) in an accelerated 3+3 program with Campbell Law and competing on Meredith’s first-ever Flag Football team—Go Avenging Angels! Sports have always been a huge part of my life, from wrestling and volleyball to swimming year-round with the TAC Titans for seven years. When I'm not at the pool or the courthouse for my Youth Attorney program, I love reading, sketching, and crocheting.The Medfield pool has been my happy place since I was four years old. My goal this summer is to make sure every swimmer has a blast while becoming more confident and faster in the water.Let’s make it an amazing season. Eat my bubbles and go Sharks!

Hi, my name is Dylan Thomas and I am a rising senior at Athens Drive High School. I have been swimming for the Medfield Sharks since I was 6 and it has been such a fun experience! I have also been a member of the Athens Drive Women's Wrestling team for the past 3 years. I am super excited for this season and go Sharks!

Hi my name is Camilla Marriott. I graduated from Apex High School last year and I am a rising sophomore at UNC. I swam on the Apex varsity swim team for 4 years and at RSA for 13 years. I have been swimming summer swim since I was 5 for the Macgregor MacDolphins and love the atmosphere of meets so I can’t wait for this season!

Hi! My name is Layla Zon. I’m 16 years old and a rising junior at Athens Drive High School. I’ve been on Athens cheer team for 2 years and I've been on a summer swim team since I was 5 years old.  I also swam year around for 6 years. Last summer I began lifeguarding at Medfield. I'm so happy I'm an assistant coach and I can’t wait for the swim season to begin!
